The centre collaborates with NGOs to provide basic infrastructural facilities for persons affected by leprosy. These include renovation and construction of residences and utility facilities, provision of portable water, provision of beds, mattresses and relevant equipment for work etc. Some of our funders for these projects include TY Danjuma Foundation, J Homer Butler Foundation, St. Francis Leprosy Guild, Damien Dutton Society, Daughters of Charity of St. Vincent de Paul, among others. It is within this programme that the Centre builds houses for clients living in the settlement who wishes to return home for good after years in Ossiomo. During the relocation to their homes, efforts are made to set them up on some income generating activities, to enable them become self-reliance and be fully included into the society
